MI TESA (II) Field Hospital
The TESA is a 140 bed, rapidly deployable, mobile medical asset utilized after loss of critical infrastructure or as an ACC under the MEMS plan.

Modular Emergency Medical System (MEMS)
The regional MEMS effort is focused on two primary modular facilities, the NEHC (Neighborhood Emergency Help Center) and the ACC (Alternate Care Center).
